Service

This is Season 7, Episode 4.

Rating:

Thoughts:

While I liked this episode because of the creativity, I felt like this show was...lacking something. When Negan had asked to see Maggie, Father Gabriel's answer was, "Would you like to pay your respects?"

FINALLY. Gabriel did something useful again. Faking Maggie's death was a brilliant idea on his part.

The look on Negan's face when he was told that Maggie had died...what was that? Remorse? Sadness? I have no idea.

Let's talk about Carl. That kid has some balls--threatening Negan and his men like that. Rick is trying to keep everything calm so that nobody else dies. But because of that, I don't think that Negan had any intentions of taking Rick's guns away--it was only until Carl decided to do what he did.

But, can we talk about the elephant in the room? Fans have been wondering about Judith. In the comics, she, along with Lori, dies in the prison raid. So it will be interesting to see how they play her storyline. BUT, when Rick admitted that he knew that Judith wasn't his, my heart broke.

Hopefully, things will pick up in the next episode!

Cheers!
